Front of House

Front of House

This home was extremely run down and was in need of a lot of work. All the old lean to type construction which had been tacked on over the years was removed. The design intent was to retain as much of the existing house as possible to so as to keep the existing character of the house and also to not add unnecessary waste to our landfills. The existing painted metal roofing was removed and sent to the recycle yard. The roof was then replaced with colorbond steel to ensure a long life. The exterior weatherboards, metalwork and timbers were cleaned up and repainted to give a fresh appearance.
